Robert Massey graduated in 1988 from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Robert has been a licensed general contractor for thirty years and has been a prominent developer and contractor in the residential single-family, multifamily, office, retail, medical offices, and senior living sectors. In 1997, Robert was a founding member of a company which developed, constructed, and purchased senior living properties across Georgia. Robert’s experience in the senior living industry includes purchasing raw land and taking it to fully operable and managed assisted living, memory care, and independent living developments, purchasing and operating already developed senior living properties, renovating and expanding senior living properties, repurposing non senior living properties into senior living properties, and serving on boards of two senior living companies overseeing all phases and operations of development and management.

Charlie Massey

Charlie Massey graduated Cum Laude from Valdosta State University in 2018 with a degree in Business Management. Upon graduation, Charlie began his career with Massey General Contractors as a construction project manager. Charlie has played a significant role in the development and construction of senior living developments in Bogart and Winder, Ga. He has also overseen the redevelopment of an office park into a senior independent living community. Charlie has been involved with several projects involving purchase of raw land, gaining entitlements, development, and construction. Charlie developed, constructed, owns, and operates an Ellianos Coffee franchise. Charlie owns and operates his own real estate brokerage firm as a licensed GA broker.

Spence Massey

Spence Massey graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, along with a certificate in Real Estate Development. Upon graduating, Spence was hired as a project engineer for a national commercial construction company in Atlanta. He has built over 100 million dollars worth of projects from ground-up multifamily apartments, to renovations and additions to the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, to single family homes. Spence now works with Massey General Contractors as a project manager.  Spence is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia.

Wayne Palmer

Wayne Palmer graduated from Valdosta State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Upon graduating, Wayne was hired as an accountant with Massey General Contractors and worked his way to project manager role overseeing multiple residential and commercial projects ranging from remodels to ground up construction. He has overseen commercial remodels of independent living facilities in multiple areas across Georgia and has overseen the ground up construction of multiple residential homes. He oversees budgeting and cost analysis for all projects with Massey General Contractors.
